SharePoint offers you graphical view of the survey summary – you can view your survey and its responses such as the survey questions, number of responses, and percentages in a bar graph. Note that only complete responses appear in the graphical summary.

1) Go to your SharePoint site.
2) Go to the Survey page.
3) Select ‘Show a graphical summary of responses’.
And your responses will be displayed to you in a graphical format as shown below:
