What SharePoint support options do I get?

We do not offer live technical support to the users of our SharePoint 2013 site which is free for 90 days. If you wish to upgrade to a paid plan or already subscribe to a paid plan, you can reach out to us 24/7 by phone, email, and chat through the Apps4Rent.com site. For plans and upgrade options, you can also chat with our support on the CloudAppsPortal.com site.

There are two other support options for free SharePoint site users. Firstly, CloudAppsPortal’s support center has knowledge base articles that guide users on getting started and managing their SharePoint site. Additional articles illustrating useful functionalities of SharePoint are being added regularly.

Secondly, CloudAppsPortal’s Google+ page, also reachable by clicking on the g+ link on the top right corner of every page, is a support forum where we welcome any questions or comments that will be relevant to the large CloudAppsPortal user community. Our support team and other forum members try their best to post a reply in a timely manner.
